first of all,  I would write in brief as this is not a consultation. Also,  I would like people from different parts of the world to join me on this topic and forum.
Please don't forget that a buoyant economy starts from buoyant intelligent minds,  so let's think together.
first of all every economy or country needs to produce both for internal consumption. It's a must.
